"So easy to clean after cooking"
I bought this from lecreuset.co.uk and, unless I’m just weirdly impressed by basic things, the best part for me is how easy it is to clean. Even after sauce or little bits of food have stuck on, it pretty much comes off with warm water and a soft sponge.

I thought I’d be scrubbing for ages because it’s such a proper heavy pan, but apparently I judged that wrong. It’s made the after-cooking bit way less annoying, and I’m really happy with it.

"I actually really like this stuff—like..."
I actually really like this stuff, like, it works well and I’d buy it again, but the price is a bit much unless it’s on sale. When it’s discounted though, yeah, totally worth grabbing.

"Good heat, but it does take a bit to warm up"
I bought this from lecreuset.co.uk and have been using it for a few weeks now. It heats really evenly, really evenly, and I haven’t noticed any annoying hot spots so far. It also holds the heat for ages once you turn the hob down, which is great. The only thing I’d say is that it’s heavy and does take a little while to get going. But overall, I’m very happy with it

I had to send back a pan because it showed up with a small mark on it. The return form online was straightforward, and customer service got back to me after a couple of days. The refund took about a week once they received it, so not the fastest, but everything went smoothly enough. Overall, it was a hassle-free process.

"Good products, but the response time could be better"
I really like their products, so my expectations were a bit high going in. I had an issue with my order and emailed customer service, but it took a few days to hear back. Once they did respond, they were friendly and got everything sorted, which I appreciated. Still, for a brand like this, I personally expect support to be a little quicker. Not a bad experience overall, just slower than I’d prefer.

I really like the colour options on these. It was easy to find one that actually goes with my kitchen, and the designs are clean and simple. i appreciate when things are made to look nice without being loud or tacky—it just feels like the right way to do everyday kitchen stuff

They sorted out my chipped pan under warranty, which I appreciated. It took just a few emails back and forth, so it wasn’t the fastest, but it all worked out fine in the end

"Good quality and holds up well"
I’ve bought similar ones before that didn’t last long, but this one feels much sturdier. It’s definitely on the pricey side, but the quality seems solid and I think it’ll hold up well over time

The site was easy to use overall, and I didn’t have any trouble finding what I needed. Checkout seemed a little slow, though, maybe it was just busy when I was ordering or something on my end. Still, not a big deal
